Courtesy Car – Stanway

Staying mobile while your vehicle is in for repair or servicing doesn’t have to be a problem. All Trans Autos has a courtesy car available for customers who need to keep moving while their vehicle is with us. 

A few things to note:

• The courtesy car is subject to availability, so please request it at the time of booking 
• Drivers must hold a valid UK driving licence 
• Drivers must have their own comprehensive motor insurance or arrange temporary cover, as the vehicle is not insured by All Trans Autos 
• The courtesy car is available for local use within a reasonable distance of Stanway 

How do I arrange the courtesy car?

Simply mention it when you book your vehicle in. We’ll confirm availability and make sure everything is in order before your appointment. If the courtesy car isn’t available on your chosen date.

We understand that being without a vehicle, even for a day, can be genuinely disruptive, particularly for customers travelling to us from further afield. We’ll always do our best to make the experience as convenient as possible, and our team will keep you updated throughout the day so you know exactly when your vehicle will be ready.
