If your car is still under warranty, we service it in line with the manufacturer’s schedule and update its online service record, so its history stays complete. Block Exemption rules mean you’re free to use an independent garage during the warranty period, as long as the work meets the manufacturer’s specification.

Once the warranty has ended, you can choose between an interim service with a 30-point health check and a full service with a 70-point health check, and we generally recommend booking one every 12 months or 12,000 miles. We use parts of original equipment quality, fitting genuine dealer parts where a car requires them, and every service is backed by a 12-month labour guarantee.
